Herbertsdale Day Loop

The Tenere 700 has been quite neglected for most of the year – having been used mostly as farm bike in 2024.

Finally a Saturday opened up and the weather played along, so it set off to Herbertsdale with the goal of riding as much roads that I haven't been on before. Stops were made in Heidelberg, Riversdal, Herbertsdale, Gouritzmond, Stilbaai, Jongensfontein and Slangrivier.

Total distance for the day was just over 450km on around 85% dirt. A thoroughly enjoyable day, re-affirming the T7's chops as a travelling machine.
